Connie Hougland serves as Vice President of the Charity Experience & Offerings team for National Christian Foundation (NCF). Connie has been part of the NCF family since 2000. She is passionate about the cause of generosity and works to help NCF support charities in serving givers and unlocking unique giving opportunities. She is the author of What If God’s Got This: 6 Key Pillars for Sustainable Ministry. Connie was blessed to be married to her high school sweetheart, Blaine, for 37 years until the Lord called him home in the Spring of 2022 after a long battle with cancer. She continues to reside in the Kansas City area where she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandsons Hudson, Sawyer, Mason and Miles.

Lisa Wolf

Senior Vice President of Client Experience @Westfall Gold

Aside from being mom to two amazing kids, Lisa feels certain that her role as Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Westfall Gold is the best job ever. Lisa leads a team of expert development professionals and exceptional event managers, whose priority is to help clients achieve extraordinary results that fund their vision. Being part of a team who enable clients to raise millions of dollars is a sign that events never get old! Prior to joining Westfall Gold, Lisa held senior leadership positions at CURE International, a medical ministry with hospitals and programs in 29 countries throughout the developing world. At CURE, she was responsible for creating the communications strategy for general, mid-range, and major donors, as well as growing the organization’s general donor base through the development of an online, radio, and direct mail strategy. Lisa was also responsible for planning CURE’s major donor communications strategy and fundraising weekends.

Jeanne McMains

Jeanne McMains has been an attorney serving in the areas of estate planning, business succession and charitable giving since 1995. After owning her own law firm and practicing with a large Midwest law firm, Jeanne joined the National Christian Foundation in 2004 serving as a gift planning attorney where she has assisted families nationwide with achieving their charitable gift planning goals. Jeanne obtained her law degree from Indiana University on academic scholarship and her undergraduate degree from Purdue University with highest distinction (summa cum laude equivalent) honors.
